OMFLOW Community

The community version of OMFLOW provides unlimited use and open access to the source code. The community version has no restrictions on personal use. Included features are:

1. Personal Dashboard

Every user who logs into OMFLOW has a dashboard page, and can arrange and present the most important items and data by dragging and dropping.

2. Centralized task management

OMFLOW centralizes various events. It processes tasks and events together, and provides an interface for users to exchange information online, so that OMFLOW can support the interactive operation of various departments.

3. Process design engine

Built-in process engine supports online drag and drop design. The hybrid process engine, designed exclusively by Syscom Computer, helps break through limitations of traditional BPM Workflows, which can only handle business processes, and the limitations of traditional Orchestrator automation tools. By combining these two types of processes, hybrid process engine allows enterprises to quickly enter the field of automation.

4. Python core engine

OMFLOW is designed and developed using the popular Python language, which is easy to understand and easy to customize. You can seamlessly integrate most of the current Python projects and components in the community into your own OMFLOW process.

5. Community process download

Based on open source code, OMFLOW allows everyone to share the packaged OMFLOW process. It's a free download. Now you can enjoy the processes contributed by others on your own OMFLOW platform.

OMFLOW Enterprise

In addition to downloading community processes, the enterprise version of OMFLOW has official processes developed by Sysocm for users to download. The following enterprise features are also available:

1. Distributed Computing

The enterprise version of OMFLOW supports distributed computing, which can distribute the computing of the same process to an unlimited number of OMFLOW individuals for execution, and does not require registration or other additional settings. Just start or install a new OMFLOW to join the group. Dynamic expanding and shrinking resource usage is achieved in this way.

2. Data collection

Data collection can receive external data input, actively collect terminal system information, such as server performance information, data on websites, etc., set thresholds for the collected information and trigger alarms, and detect abnormal information and immediately and automatically open an incident ticket.

3. Information maintenance and operation management

The enterprise version has built-in processes such as service request, event management, service request management, etc., which can be used out of the box to help enterprises introduce formal accident handling procedures and improve IT service quality.
