Congratulations! Syscom wins trio of victories at the 2026 Taiwan Excellence Award

[2025/12/8] Syscom Computer won the 34th Taiwan Excellence Award in a decidedly powerful three-peat — our intelligent service robot Ayuda; our relational database system DBMaker 5.4.7; and our advanced IT monitoring platform NETCenter. The Taiwan Excellence Award shows the profound strength of enterprises in the integration of AI, data platforms and enterprise-level systems, and symbolizes the leap of Taiwan's scientific and technological autonomy — and Syscom Computer has once again been honored.

Our Ayuda intelligent service robot stands out with its multi-agent architecture and powerful natural language understanding. Ayuda parses complex instructions, integrates autonomous navigation, face recognition and task delivery, and automates the whole process. Combined with an integrated panel, 2D scanning, printer, IC card reader and depth camera — tasks like welcoming and guiding guests, identity verification and document printing are completed in a single machine. Ayuda has been successfully introduced to the Japanese market, supporting natural voice and counter reception functions. And with modular hardware, 3D printing and flexible deployment, Ayuda is thriving with medical, government and corporate customers.

DBMaker 5.4.7 shows Taiwan's long-term cultivation of core database technology. Our newest version comprehensively enhances performance and expandability, supports custom SQL Functions (UDF), and makes business logic modular and development more efficient. What’s more, storage processes with transaction control improve the atomicity and stability of complex processes. Advanced optimization of query performance and temporary filing (ITT) management makes operating efficiency even more stable. DBMaker’s integrated ESG persistence concept is widely used in Japan, China, Thailand, the United States, Italy and other countries. DBMaker is an efficient, stable and sustainable database platform.

The first launch of the award-winning NETCenter Advanced (NCA) highlights Syscom’s enterprise-level maturity in IT operation and maintenance integration. NCA integrates complex network architectures, cross-brand devices and multi-layer systems, and supports F5 load balancing monitoring and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Nutanix. Through standard protocols like SNMP and ICMP, NCA integrates network equipment, virtualization environments and core resources into a single view, while providing customizable dashboards, performance indicators, resource monitoring and availability checks to assist enterprises in maintaining consistent operation and maintenance quality in multi-site and multi-brand environments.
