Syscom Computer and CIJ Announce Joint Initiatives to Advance Japanese Generative AI Market

[2024/5/14] According to the latest research from Digitimes, the generative AI market is growing rapidly and will reach US$40 billion in 2024. It will grow to US$1.5 trillion by 2030. The compound growth rate (CAGR) from 2022 to 2030 will reach 83 percent and in the next five years AI-related software market share and services market share will also increase rapidly, estimated to account for 32% and 55%, respectively, of the world's overall generative AI by 2030. Japan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications also estimates that Japan’s AI systems market will reach 1,103.477 billion yuan by 2027. Global AI demand is exploding.

Syscom Computer seized this opportunity and in 2023 announced major breakthroughs in generative AI. Our domestic customers responded enthusiastically to our launch of enterprise knowledge creation generative AI solutions NeuroChain and NeuroCodie. Even more will arrive in 2024. Excitement hasn’t been limited to Taiwan. On May 14th, Syscom President Mr. James Liu and Representative Director and President of CIJ Mr. Akihiko Sakamoto, announced that CIJ is Syscom’s strategic partner of generative AI solution (NeuroChain/NeuroCodie) for the Japanese market. Deputy Director of the Digital Industry Agency of China Digital Development Department, Hu, attended the event. Syscom and CIJ will use NeuroChain/NeuroCodie to integrate with generative AI technology, helping Japanese corporate customers create greater operational value.
As noted by Syscom, “hallucinations” are a common problem with generative AI. Syscom’s NeuroChain creates smart knowledge bases linking humans and generative AI. These smart knowledge bases contain pre-processing including a company’s own knowledge base. NeuroChain generates correct answer using this technique, then generative AI is used to summarize the response providing an accurate answer.
NeuroCodie automatically generates optimized prompts through the setting interface. It uses generative AI to generate code. Users needn’t write prompts and yet generate complete projects. Syscom’s generative AI solution helps enterprises activate digital assets using technologies such as vector database and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), combined with the natural language conversation characteristics of the generative AI large language model, to enable enterprise customers to provide new types of enterprise digital transformation services safety while protection asset.
