Congratulations! SYSCOM Computer won the 25th Annual National Quality Award

[2018/12/14] SYSCOM was awarded the 25th National Quality Award - BEST PRACTICE AWARD FOR MANUFACTURING QUALITY on December 6th.President Tsai Ing-wen personally presented the award, and SYSCOM President Mr. James Liu took the stage to receive the award. President Tsai congratulated all the winners.
In 2011, SYSCOM became the only Taiwan vendor to twice receive CMMI Level 5 appraisal, the highest software quality level. With SYSCOM's unparalleled software development quality, we are meeting the global software needs. The results have once again propelled SYSCOM to win the 2nd Annual Taiwan Mittlestand Award in 2014.
In 2018, SYSCOM's SDPM (Software Development Process Master), developed under the CMMI standard, and SYSCOM's proprietary software human resources management system allow us to have global project management from a centralized management platform. Our customers, including many large international software companies, trust SYSCOM with their most critical outsourcing projects, in part because of our commitment to CMMI, SDPM, and our proprietary development platforms. Now the only company to win both the Mittlestand Award and the National Quality Award, SYSCOM credits our ever growing capabilities.
To encourage excellence in best practices, the National Quality Award enhances overall industrial quality levels across many industry sectors and focuses on continuous innovation. SYSCOM's goal, pursuing the highest level of software development quality, is supported and recognized by Taiwan's government and this award. The SYSCOM Group strictly manages our software R&D quality and we continue to expand our reach into overseas markets. Our global customers eagerly share with us their satisfaction with our results. SYSCOM sincerely expresses our appreciation to the Industrial Development Bureau in the Ministry of Economic Affairs for the ongoing support and guidance they have provided. From 2004 to 2012, we have participated in their CMMI Utilization Project and this has greatly improved Taiwan's software development capabilities and helped us and many others to export software products to global markets.
SYSCOM President, Mr. James Liu explained how SYSCOM has built a strong foundation for pursuing software quality that will continue to serve the company well in the years to come and that SYSCOM will continue to focus on the Asian markets while strategically targeting global markets.
