SYSCOM Honored with 2016 System Integration Export Award at 2016 Smart City Summit & Expo

[2016/3/22] Inaugural System Integration Export Award was established by the Taipei Computer Association and Taiwan Smart City Industry Alliance to encourage Taiwan's IT industry to export their local success stories to overseas markets. SYSCOM Pracla, an enterprise cloud machine room hosting service, won this year's award.

Pracla – originally provided as a dedicated service for the Japanese market, is an innovative cloud service model and has penetrated the Japanese SMB market through 22 corporate IDC sales channels, known as the “DC Alliance.” Now SYSCOM is bringing Pracla to Taiwan to serve the newly opened Mitsui Outlet Park in Linkou. SYSCOM exhibited their Pracla solution at the summit as it was the key to their successful win this year.

In addition to Pracla, SYSCOM also exhibited their smart healthcare, smart energy, and smart office solutions at the summit, which shows SYSCOM's recent R&D achievements in the smart city sector.

Their smart healthcare solution, Dr. Rounds, enables doctors and nurses to efficiently understand and monitor patient conditions at any time helping improve care quality.

Their smart energy solution, GreenMaster, is a cloud-based building power management system that helps building managers monitor electricity usage status via the cloud at all times and make load balance adjustments to building floors and various equipment according to status charts.

The smart office solution, SYSCOM's smart service robot, is equipped with automatic positioning system for patrolling office space, video conference functions, product query functions, and push advertising. The robot talks with customers and says, “Excuse me,” when its way is blocked. Complete with a digital panel that provides access and sharing to stored data. All data displayed on this digital panel can be routed to a mobile device like a notebook, phone, or pad.
　　
Using the robot and Cisco's video conference equipment, SYSCOM's cloud reporter at their headquarters was able to interact with visitors at the summit and introduce SYSCOM's solutions.
