【COMPUTEX 2018專刊】CIJ-SONOBA無紙化會議系統

(1) Introduction to the exhibit (SONOBA)
CIJ will exhibit “SONOBA COMET”, an iPad-based paperless meeting system.
“SONOBA COMET” is a product that has been positively received and implemented by a wide range of customers in different industries and business categories, such as banks and brokerages, IT companies and music-related companies, and public institutions like universities and hospitals.

As a communication tool, it is performing well not only in meetings but also in various other scenes such as presentations for operating activities, training and seminars, and telemedicine. Its simple and easy-to-understand operation and speedy synchronization allow all participants to a meeting to use it in a stress-free manner.

It is equipped with multiple functions to ensure security. They not only automatically delete meeting materials from the device once a meeting is finished, but also enhance user authentication to enable meeting participation even from remote locations, such as a visiting place.
The version 3.1 that will be exhibited at this COMPUTEX not only works on Windows servers but also on Linux servers. Furthermore, it also supports Taiwanese and has been implemented in universities and hospitals in Taipei.

(2) Introduction to the exhibit (Ofigo contract management system)
“Ofigo contract management system” is an electronic filing system dedicated to the management of “contracts” based on the concepts of “easiness” and “security”.
It provides a variety of convenient functions dedicated to contracts, such as a function to list huge amounts of contract information and a function to associate basic and individual contracts as in a parent-child relationship, in addition to another function that counts backward from the expiry date of a contract to send the due date by e-mail notification to prevent expiration.

The version that will be exhibited at this COMPUTEX not only supports Japanese, English, and Chinese, but also Taiwanese as a plan to sell it in the Taiwanese market.
Furthermore, a computerization service is also available when introducing “Ofigo contract management system”, which may help streamline overall indirect operations such as making arrangements for computerization personnel and reducing personnel costs. This will be the first time “Ofigo contract management system” is introduced to Taiwan, but in Japan, it has already been implemented in a variety of industries, such as mass communication (management of copyrights and the like), information and telecommunications, manufacturing (management of patents and the like), and hospitality.
