Generative AI Technology Shines Syscom Computer 2025 Taipei Smart City Exhibition Innovative Applications Exceed Imagination

[2025/3/30] Faced with the growing trend of global generative AI applications, the Ministry of Digital Affairs has planned a five-year government AI development strategy plan, which is expected to be launched in 2026 to improve the efficiency of government operations. The wave of AI is unstoppable. Syscom Computer showcased its latest AI-enabled applications in the "Syscom Theme Pavilion" at the 2025 Smart City Expo and held a press conference with the Executive Yuan's General Personnel Administration Office, the Administration for Digital Industries, moda, the head of Microsoft Taiwan, and the President of Syscom Computer all in attendance to witness Syscom’s innovative achievements in the field of generative AI.

WebHR_GPT Generative AI Human Resources Regulations Query System

"WebHR_GPT Generative AI Human Resources Regulations Query System" developed by Syscom Computer under the guidance of the General Personnel Administration Office won the "2025 Smart City Innovation Application Award" at this year's Smart City Exhibition. This system uses the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture in the Microsoft Azure Large Language Model, combined with the Azure Cognitive Search function, establishing a dedicated knowledge base of relevant personnel regulations and interpretations of the Examination Yuan and its sub-divisions, the General Personnel Office, and the Ministry of Education. The system was officially launched in January 2024, providing users with instant and accurate personnel regulations query services, improving query efficiency and reducing legal risks. SYSCOM was greatly honored by the judges and won the "2025 Smart City Innovation Application Award.”

2025 Smart City Exhibition "Syscom Computer Theme Pavilion"

"Syscom Computer Theme Pavilion,” a total of seven major themes and 23 exhibits are planned to be exhibited, focusing on AI government (public sector generative AI application examples), smart healthcare (medical AI Agent and medicine cabinet management), smart retail (ordering assistant and smart recipes), smart security (information security AI and cloud monitoring), SYSCOM Smart Management & Service (service robots and AI-based smart monitoring), AI Infra (AI empowerment platform) and international partner solutions to provide a new blueprint for smart-driven AI transformation for the industry layout.

GenAI Leading the Intelligent Future Forum

Syscom held the "GenAI Leading the Intelligent Future" forum on March 19 (Wednesday), discussing in detail the applications and challenges of generative AI in enterprise digital transformation and analyzing key issues and response strategies faced by enterprises experiencing an AI transformation. The forum was attended by world-class manufacturers including Cisco Taiwan, HPE Taiwan, and Microsoft Taiwan. AI authorities were invited, including ITRI AI Strategy Director Shiaw-Shian Yu, Carrefour Technology Director Henry Ding, and Syscom Computer AI experts, to share successful cases and practical experience and to build a platform for face-to-face communication with industry experts for participants. Through the richly themed pavilion displays and forums, participants jointly discussed the developing trends of generative AI, ways to help enterprises break through transformation bottlenecks, and unleashing the transformative power of AI.
