Syscom Computer's Double Win: OMFLOW Service Automation System and the Ayuda Robot, Two Winners at the "2024 Taiwan Excellence Award”

[2023/12/7] Syscom Computer is pleased to announce double wins with two of our self-developed products: the OMFLOW Service Automation System and the Intelligent Service Robot Ayuda. Syscom’s Ayuda robot won “the 2024 Taiwan Excellence Silver Award “honor.

As one of Taiwan’s large-scale system integrator, Syscom quickly responds to IT trends and market demands. Using generative AI technology, NeuroChain, a dedicated intelligent knowledge base for enterprises, was developed and added to Ayuda. With NeuroChain, "illusional Hallucinations" problems common with general large language models are gone from our new generation Ayuda. Now Ayuda more accurately analyzes questions, the questioner’s intent, and replies with more appropriate answers. Enterprises can augment NeuroChain with their own data. Ayuda might become your best spokesperson. By providing enterprise-specific information or services in this way, there’s no need to worry about private data leaking from the cloud. Adhering to our core product development concepts of "innovative design, serving customers, and human oriented ", Syscom Computer launched our smart service robot Ayuda, laying the foundation for developing intelligent service equipment, and continues our Ayuda development, which began in 2020. Related product lines include Ayuda Cute, our epidemic prevention robot, Ayuda Nano, an intelligent access control management device, and Ayuda Super, customized for long-term hospital prescription and healthcare.

Ayuda is 100 percent manufactured in Taiwan (MIT). We strive to reduce costs and pursue innovation in Ayuda’s construction, carefully considering environmental protection and green energy processes. Ayuda is built from locally sourced materials. All of Ayuda’s components and functions are easy to operate, like: the integrated robot components, mobile platform, face recognition, humanoid detection, voice recognition, voice conversation, video and self-learning map navigation, and other functions. Providing customized software and hardware design and development, and convenient engineering design for human factors, Ayuda continues attracting attention from the global markets, including Japan, Vietnam, Italy, the United States, and India. Ayuda has been exported to Japan where it serves in county and municipal government halls, shopping malls and elderly care centers.

Syscom’s another big winner at the 2024 Taiwan Excellence was our OMFLOW Service Automation System. OMFLOW is based on the Low-Code Platform and integrates ERP, BPM, ITPA, and others designed to provide custom forms and drag-and-drop interface design. Many automation and electronic systems within the enterprise, such as business operations, daily affairs, data disposal, and equipment management, are integrated. Services can be conveniently accessed from one single web page or via mobile phone and such automation reduces repetitive operations. Enterprise efficiency is greatly improved. OMFLOW is now being promoted to the international markets.
