2021 Smart City Exposition Syscom Computer exhibited "Artificial Intelligence City of the Future"

[2021/3/26] As the domestic pandemic slows, Syscom Computer once again participated in the Smart City Expo. The 2021 Expo was held at Nangang Exhibition Hall 2 from 3/23 to 26. This year Syscom showcased artificial intelligence and enterprise digital transformation. Syscom demonstrated "Artificial Intelligence Future City" with its own research and development along with many of its partners, like HPE solutions and other international giants from Japan, Europe and America.

The Syscom Computer exhibition area transformed to the Artificial Intelligence Future City, including our intelligent service robot Ayuda. Other AI applications included smart vendor, smart healthcare, smart transportation, smart security, 5G solutions, and using artificial intelligence, are working together to accelerate the realization of a new normal life model in the post-epidemic era. In addition to HPE technology, Syscom's domestic and foreign AI solution partners exhibited their applications to assist enterprises in active transformation and create business opportunities. Syscom's exhibition area includes:

1.Intelligent service robot Ayuda

Ayuda won the "2021 Taiwan Excellence Award Silver Award." It integrates real-name registration, detects body temperature and identifies mask wearing through face positioning, achieving a zero-contact self-service check-in process.

2.Smart Vendor

Syscom Computer cooperates with the Industrial Technology Research Institute to provide smart shelf solutions. Integrating Syscom's cashier technology, Smart Vendor is an easy-to-use building block for unmanned stores and realizes a new smart retail model of "take it and go."

3.Smart healthcare

The smart hospital bed solution combines artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things technology to measure human body movements on the hospital bed for big data analysis. The type and strength of each movement will be analyzed and then converted into action reminders and activity records.

4.Smart transportation

The Taipei transfer station’s smart ticketing system, jointly developed by Syscom Computer and Wanda Tong, gives travelers mobile phone access to ticket purchase, ticket collection, refunds, replacement and exchanges, and electronic payment for island-wide transportation.

5.Smart Security

Syscom's VIAMaster artificial intelligence image analysis platform and GVD’s (Genius Vision) AI cloud computing VMS platform use artificial intelligence to analyze real-time images making smart cities safer.

6.5G solution

With the 5G private network ecosystem that is most suitable for users, Syscom, being dedicated to the research and development of 5G-related applications, introduced solutions of international brands like HPE, CISCO, CASA Systems, and many others.

7.Syscom's self-developed products, including:

-DBMaker database system, winner of the Taiwan Excellence Award in 2020 and 2021.

-NETCenter, Enterprise IT Monitoring and Management Strategy Center, winner of the 2021 Taiwan Excellence Award.

-OMFLOW, enterprise IT management man-machine automation process engine, using "what you see is what you get" for quick design.

-Diamond Guard, an intelligent and integrated information security service platform, combining artificial intelligence, machine learning and big data analysis technologies to provide customers with a new generation of all-purpose Information Security Monitoring Service (SOC).

Exhibited the Ezmeral Data Fabric data platform, which is a cross-data center, multiple clouds and edge, and micro services. The unified data mesh architecture platform with cloud computing framework has been deployed to assist Taiwanese customers with integrated AI technology to improve manufacturing yield, improve quality, and reduce costs. Syscom will apply this to smart city related applications in the future. In addition, HPE has many smart city applications, including street lamp real-time monitoring and smart street lamp IoT.
